Shoulders are tired.

Jerk felt very weak due to sore hamstrings.

Shoulder felt good.  Need to work on the dip & drive on the Jerk.

Clean & Jerk up to 185lbs.  Failed 195lbs. on the Jerk.

Clean and Jerk up to 175lbs.  (Shoulder sore)

Clean up to 220lbs.  (PR)

090504 – Clean & Jerk

Worked up to 145lbs. Knee still bothering me from Saturday. Jerk went well, with no shoulder pain.

090318 – Clean & Jerk

Worked up to new 1RM of 185lbs. Pretty happy considering I’ve missed nearly a month.

090201 – Clean & Jerk

Various weights, up to 175lbs. for 10 reps.

Improper warmup resulted in some pain in my right (good) shoulder. Duly noted.
