This was the first time that I have completed a workout doing true ring dips. Obviously, I need to work on these. Next time I’m going to use the rx’ed 135 lbs. for the cleans. After “Elizabeth”, I worked on my bench press, up to 160 lbs. x 1 rep. Here are some pics from the workout:
