Wind and heat were HUGE issues.  I never got the rower started with more than 30 seconds.  12# Wall Ball

Great to meet everyone involved with CrossFit in Crawford County.  I really hope this takes off for the RHS athletes and the community as a whole!

090214 – Fight Gone Bad

Completed FGB at the TITANFIT Open House today. Scored a 305. Five of us worked simultaneously, so the events were out of order for all but one person. I had rowing as my third exercise. This destroyed me!
