Today, Jessica finally went to TitanFit with me. The workout was rough, and she’ll be sore tomorrow. But she’ll be back, I promise.

I can’t recall exactly what the WOD was, but it was Jessica and I vs. Megan and Seth. We finished second to them, but Jes completed every rep of every exercise. And that was a win in my book.
