Several reps of Snatch Balance & OHS up to 155lbs. Knees still a little sore, but no shoulder pain.

I finally worked Overhead Squats back in after rehabbing the shoulder. Everything felt good today, but I didn’t push it too far. Worked up to 155lbs., slowly. After the cert, I need to Snatch.
