Snatch Balance up to 175lbs.
Several reps of Snatch Balance & OHS up to 155lbs. Knees still a little sore, but no shoulder pain.

Snatch Balance to 110% of 1RM (160lbs.)
Pretty taxing on the shoulders after yesterday’s WOD, but no lingering pain as I’ve experienced in the past.
