Felt good for not snatching in quite some time.

Snatch to 125lbs. for ~ 10 reps.  Worked on staying in the bottom and not bouncing out.

MetCon:  3 Rounds of 10 KB Swings / 10 Ring Push-ups / 10 Box Jumps / 10 Sit-ups.  Time = 4:32.

090801 – Olympic Lifting

Snatch up to 155lbs.

MetCon – 5 Rounds of: 5 Ring Dips / 7 CTB Pull-ups / 9 Wall Ball Shots.  Time = 7:26.

090213 – Snatch

Various weights up to a PR of 145lbs.

JB helped me with my setup position based on Burgener’s videos in the CF Journal. It worked!

Starting Over

Snatch

Several reps @ 65lbs., 95lbs., 105lbs., 115lbs., 125lbs.

This was the first time I’ve snatched in about 6 months, in part due to shoulder rehabbing. I was concerned that my technique would be sub-par but that was not the case. Everything came back pretty quickly and the shoulder feels good. So, I’m back!
