089011 – Team Cindy

Team Cindy

In three person teams, complete 30 rounds of Cindy (10 rounds each).  One team member does 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, and 15 Squats while the other two rest.

I teamed up with Sampson and Luke and we finished in 22:53.

073011 – Front Squat & MetCon

Front Squat up to 225lbs.

15 Burpees

In teams of two, member A must complete the row and member B must complete the burpees before switching and moving on to round 2.  Teamed up with Dusty and finished in 7:5x.  Next time we’ll try 8 or 10 rounds.

Team WO, 3 Rounds of:

400M Run / 50 Pull-ups 50 Sit-ups / 50 Wall Ball / 50 Burpees.

We finished in 23:04

100522 – Team WOD

2 Rounds of:

400M Run / 50 Ring Push-ups / 50 Sit-ups / 400M Run / 50 Air Squats / 50 Box Jumps (24″) / 400M Run / 50 KB Swings (53lbs.) / 25 Burpees

Only 1 team member completes the run and then together both team members complete the 50 reps in any fashion.

Tuttle and I completed this in 28:58.  Ring Push-ups were tough.

Two person teams complete:

6 Rounds of 400M Run / 20 Wall Ball (20#) / 20 Box Jumps (24″)

Time = 23:54

Right foot is sore as are both knees.

100221 – Team WOD

50 Pull-ups / 75 Sit-ups / 100 Box Jumps (24in.) / 75 Push-ups / 50 WallBall (20lbs.) with 50 cal Row after each.

Time = 21:30

3 Person Team Complete:  3500M Row / 100 Push-ups / 100 One-handed KB Swings / 100 Box Jumps / 100 Burpees

Jes, Anders, and I finished in 25:30.

091120 – Team WOD

100 Push-ups / 50 Pull-ups / 100 Sit-ups / 2000M Row / 50 Box Jumps (18″) / 50 KB Swings (53lbs.)

Time = 17:41  (Ryan & I)

Rested about 30 minutes and drank a beer.  Did the same WOD again, with Ryan.

Time = 17:10

Use what works and throw out what doesn’t.  TitanFit, here comes a kegerator.

090725 – Team WOD

Team WOD at TitanFit today.  One exercise was 45lbs. dumbbell push press, which ate me up.  I can get the weight up, but lowering that weight for 30 reps is a challenge for me.  Nonetheless we had a great turnout and competed against some new people.  I wish Jeff and his team success.

Afterward I worked in some back squats with Dr. Chris.  Up to 235lbs. for 3 reps.  I miss squating.

090207 – Team WOD

Team WOD of:

  • 100 Burpees
  • 125 Sit-ups
  • 50 Ring Dips
  • 75 KB Swings (53lbs.)

Time = 13:50

Jerry and I teamed up on this one. With the exception of the Ring Dips, we were constantly moving. Props to JB for handling most of the swings. We both need to work on ring dips!

Saturday Team WOD

We finished just ahead of the other team, making up some ground on the ring dips and sit-ups. Good work by everyone!
