Worked on the Snatch today. This is my favorite lift that we do at TitanFit. However, I think I’m getting a little discouraged with my progress. I think alot of the problems are in my head, and I feel that I should have done better today.
For anyone that has never tried the Snatch oly-lift, I highly recommend it.
I worked up to 115 lbs. with success and failed at 135 lbs. At 135 lbs., it was close. I just couldn’t get myself under the bar quick enough.
