Today’s workout was the one that I’ve heard about for quite some time. It is one of the most dreaded WOD’s in all of CrossFit. Although I had to scale the Bench Press portion and resort to Power Cleans on the second round (9 reps), I was pretty happy with my effort.
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
Deadlift (as rx’ed @ 1.5 X Body Weight ~ 225 lbs.)
Bench Press (as rx’ed @ 1 X Body Weight – I scaled to 0.75 x Body Weight ~ 115 lbs.)
Cleans (as rx’ed @ 0.75 X Body Weight – 115 lbs.)
