After two days rest I was back at TitanFit today. When I walked in, Jerry was going through “Angie”. I thought this would be a good workout for me to get back in the swing of things.

100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats

Time = 19:29

I was a little disappointed that I broke the Pull-ups so much. The Push-ups, naturally, were severely broken. The Sit-ups and Squats were broken only minimally. Tomorrow I’m working on the Snatch with the new plates @ the gym.
