The First Repeat

The diet is coming back nicely.

Today was my first repeat “benchmark” workout at TitanFit. Although I didn’t do it as rx’ed, at least it gave me a good indication as to the progress I’ve made.

TitanFit WO

Lynne

Bench Press = 20, 14, 15, 11, 11 (95 lbs.)
Pull-ups = 20, 20, 20, 20, 23

Overall I’m happy with the improvement. After the WO I completed my first handstand push-ups (HSPU). To those who haven’t done these before, it’s trickier than it looks. I worked up to 4 consecutive which I considered a good starting point. Here are some pics at the top and at the bottom of the HSPU’s.
