Today we checked out a new CrossFit gym here in town.

21-15-9 of:

225 lbs. Deadlift (see below)
Handstand Push-ups

This was my first attempt at Diane. The range of motion on the set of 15 Deadlift, in addition to all of the HSPU’s was questionable. But, this was my first shot at HSPU’s during a workout, so I was pleased. The final 5 reps on the set of 9 DL’s were done at 185 lbs. My back rounded quite a bit during the set of 15, so I moved to the lower weight when my partner was done. Time was 6:41. I’ll look forward to this the next time. I need a little more work on my HSPU’s and should probably work in the DL’s a little more often (I’m going to regret saying that!).
