First Timed Run

I’m going to begin working on a document geared to help those just beginning with the Zone Diet. I’m anxious to put some information out there that I wish I’d have had available when I started this journey. If anyone would like to contribute anything, please don’t hesitate to speak up!

1 Mile (1608m) Run – 7:13

Back Squat:
225lbs. x5x2
245lbs. x3x2
275lbs. x1
300lbs. x1 (Failed)

I was very happy with the time on my 1 mile run. A little surprised actually. I’m anxious to see what my time will be at the end of the summer.
