Tabata Handstands afterward. 0:20 hold/0:10 off.

Burpees for every time you broke the handstand.

I did 10 burpees. Mainly because the whole time Sampson was saying “my insurance agent would tell you guys that this isn’t a good idea…”. Fortunately, noone was hurt. Props to JB, who only broke the handstand once.
