400M Run / 50 Ring Push-ups / 50 Sit-ups / 400M Run / 50 Air Squats / 50 Box Jumps (24″) / 400M Run / 50 KB Swings (53lbs.) / 25 Burpees
Only 1 team member completes the run and then together both team members complete the 50 reps in any fashion.
Tuttle and I completed this in 28:58. Ring Push-ups were tough.
