Deck of Cards

  • Clubs = Squats
  • Spades = Push-ups
  • Diamonds = Sit-ups
  • Hearts = Pull-ups

Aces = 1 rep, 2 = 2 reps, and so on until 10 and all Face Cards = 10 reps.  The Queen of Spades = 10 burpees

Linda and I finished in 23:26, although the workout is generally untimed.
