10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of each lift, as fast as possible.
Time = 16:20
This was 20# more on the BP than July and about 3:00 minutes faster than my time back then. Felt great. Still need to work on the BP weight, with hopes of being able to do it RX one day.
