Texas Squats – Week 4

Using 80% of FR 1RM – 4 Sets of 3 Front Squats & 6 Back Squats

I scaled back to 205# vs. 220# because of my absence a long time since finding a 1RM squat.

The Chief – Scaled to 3 Rounds:  3/3/3 (Weak.  No energy today.)
