090516 – Annie

As rx’ed. Time = 7:38. These are two exercises that I’m good at, but my conditioning has fallen off quite a bit. Working to regain it back. Did some press, push press, and push jerk afterward.

Shoulder Not Healing

The second round of DU’s (40 reps) was severely broken.

My shoulder pain continues. I wanted to snatch so bad today, but after a light warm up it got to be too painful at 95lbs. I’m not sure how much longer I’m going to give it before I have it checked out.
