Helen in 14:32.

Lingering pain in both the right foot and the right shoulder.  No excuses.

Had to row last 500M vs. the run.

First WOD in a week.  Felt good to be back.

Third run was tough.  Very tough.

Time = 12:32. Kept up with Tuttle on the first run, and beat him to the second. But then, his conditioning took over. Finished about a minute behind.

Not a bad workout after a week off. Frustrating that my rowing Helen is slower than my running Helen. I would like them to be about equal.

I finally got a sub-10 Helen. The swings were only broken once of the final round. All sets of pullups were broken because I’ve got to work on my timing. Still, they are faster than my normal kip.
