Tabata Mash-up of:  185lbs. Deadlift / Burpees (4:00 min)  3:00 min Rest  Pullups / Squats

Score lowest:  8 / 8 / 10 / 15

Felt good to be back.  Now, I’ve got to be consistent again.  If work permits.
