Team WOD – 3 Person Teams

One member completes the following 3 minutes of exercise while the other two rest.  Complete 3 total rounds per person for a total time of 27 minutes.  The goal is obtain max calories on the assault bike.

  • Minute 1:  10 Back Squats (135/95)
  • Minute 2:  15 Pullups
  • Minute 3:  Assault Bike – Max Cals

Teamed w/ Linda and Carol for a team score of 345.
