Light day with a lot of cleans. Trying to work the soreness out of the quads.
Up to 185lbs.

2 Cleans on the minute for 15 minutes @ 85% of 1RM (185lbs.)
Tried 4 attempts on round 12 a failed all four. Finished the remaining three rounds.
Squat Cleaned all but 3 reps. Back is now really sore. Need to lower 1RM.
