Dismal performance @ 245 reps.
Order was not ideal with my sore shoulders from yesterday. But a total of 13 participants (9 in my heat) left me to succumb to the limitation.
In addition, SDHP was replaced with KB Swings.

I finally joined the 300 Club. Actually, several members did so today.
I really made up alot of reps on the Box Jumps (45, 40, 40) but my Press (20, 15, 15) and High Pulls (?, ?, ?) still need alot of work. The Row and Wall Ball were average.
Too bad I didn’t get any sponsors. I’ll work harder on that next year. Congrats to everyone. We had a good turnout with 8 men, 4 women, and 2 kids.
Headed to the Beer Drinking Competition…I mean cookout.

I tried to “game” this WOD for the first time. I really think 300 is possible by working harder on the Box Jumps and Push Press.
I think I’m going to sign up for the CrossFit Milwaukee multi-affiliate challenge today. Herb and Wilson said they were up for it, and Herb has offered to drive. Therefore, I need to start dialing in the diet a little more!
