I’m going to work on my pressing strength once again. It’s becoming obvious that my years in the globo gym were spent Squatting while others spent their time Bench Pressing!

This is nearly a four minute improvement on my time from back at the end of February. Worked alongside DJ, which helped me push through. He can row on the C2 very well. As always, the Bench Press was the hardest. I’ve really got to start working on that, as one of my goals is Linda, as prescribed.
