First time back in the gym in a little over ten days. Work might once again start interfering with my attendance.
Rack Jerk up to 175lbs. Shoulder was hurting.
MetCon: 45lbs. Thrusters 1:00 on / 1:00 off for 10 minutes. 30 / 30 / 21 / 23 / 23
Push Jerk up to 185lbs. Spent to many reps at lighter weight.
Afterwards: 50 Burpees. Time = 2:36. Shoulders fried.
Today I worked on my Front Squat and Jerk. I worked up to my 1RM for each to give me an indication of the progress I’ve made thus far at TitanFit.
Front Squat = 225 lbs.
Jerk = 155 lbs.
I could’ve gotten more on the Jerk but I tweaked something in my right shoulder @ 155 lbs. so I decided to call it a day.
I have got to have a strenuous training week beginning tomorrow.
