I had to scale the Push Jerk/Behind the Neck Jerk on this one. The rx’ed weight of 185lbs. is way too much for me and my limited pressing abilities. The 155lbs. was plenty. My shoulders are killing me!
And if you don’t know it already (it’ll probably be on the news tonight) Herb back squatted 446lbs. today. Congrats Herb.
