I have not been to the gym since last Wednesday. On top of that my diet has consisted of beer, burgers, and pizza. My body has been ravaged. So the MetCon today at TitanFit was wonderful!
I did pretty good getting back to the diet today and I’m going to work hard this week @ TitanFit.
