I teamed up with Sampson and Luke and we finished in 22:53.

First Time in 90 Days

 

First WOD in ninety days.  Ouch.  Tomorrow will be painful.

Team Cindy with Sampson and Newge.  Alternating rounds one at a time.  Completed 30 rounds in 20:40.  Push-ups were tough.  But glad to be back!
