Back Squat up to 275lbs. x 1. 225lbs. for 3 rounds of x3×2×1 afterward. Then a one mile run in 6:57. Tuttle smoked me on the run.

1 hour 10 minute bike ride / ~30 minute recoup / 33 minute trail run
First time combining the ride and run. Quads and lower back are trashed. Struggled with the run from the start.
