7 – SDLHP (95 lbs.)
7 – Box Jumps (24″ Box)

Time = 4:16

I definitely need to work some OHS into my warmups/workouts. Those five sets were tough. And again, I had trouble with my hamstrings on about round four of the MetCon. But I am getting faster on my 24″ Box Jump cycle time. A little more practicing and tweaking and I’ll have it.
